Basically what Boots Creative can offer your photography business, is the highly polished photo-retouching and contemporary album designs that a big studio can offer without the big overheads. Boots Creative will improve on your photography, to make them something really special that your brides and grooms will treasure and rave about to their family and friends.
The prices under our Product pages are consumer prices, however, we do offer discounts to professional photographers (membership with AIPP or similar organisation is essential to be eligible for discounts, however exceptions may be made for established photography businesses at our discretion) and offer further discount incentives to regular clients - please contact us for more information and pricing.
We are passionate about what we do, as is each couple planning their wedding, therefore we take the approach that each album is special and one of a kind, so every album is custom designed factoring in each couple's individual style that will further enhance your photography.
We utilise our skills and experience as graphic designers to design wedding albums and coffee table books that are aesthetically designed, contemporary, unique and highly personalised to create the perfect album for your clients.
Because our mission is to eleviate you from the time consuming design process, we are comfortable with being given free reign with the design responsibility (check out our design work on the feature albums page and you will see our work speaks for itself), but we also welcome input from both photographer and client.
The advantage of using Boots Creative to design your albums over album manufacturers, is that we deal with a number of manufacturers offering your best of both worlds and we don't use templates ensuring your album designs are unique and compliment your photography. We often will give you a couple of page spread options to show different photo/colour combinations.
We offer a fast turnaround service with initial layout available for viewing (presented in a animated slideshow) through an online webpage in approximately 7-10 days. Each design includes one revision on up to 25% of the entire album free of charge.
We constantly keep up with the latest trends using many influences, sourcing both locally and overseas to refine our design styles, techniques and inspiration, and are continually growing our range of products.

We offer two design options:
DESIGN ONLY
Boots Creative will design your album layouts according to your preferred album manufacturer's specifications. We can also perform minor colour adjustments, retouching and special effects (ie. black and white conversions) if required – please refer to the different services below.
Layout Design
This service means you will need to provide us with print-ready (edited) images and sorted into folders for the relevant pages based on your album planning session with your clients. No photo retouching or editing.
Layout Design with Minor Retouching
This service means you will need to provide edited images to the point where they are colour and exposure corrected and sorted into folders for the relevant pages based on your album planning session with your clients. We will provide minor retouching (ie. Removal of unnatural blemishes/spots, skin softening and whiten teeth/eyes) on all images featured in the final album design, including special treatments such as black & white and sepia conversions where we feel appropriate.
Layout Design with Major Retouching
This service means you will be providing us with unedited images and sorted into folders for the relevant pages based on your album planning session with your clients. We will correct colour balance and exposures on all images featured in the final album design, minor retouching (ie. Removal of unnatural blemishes/spots, skin softening and whiten teeth/eyes) on all images featured in the final album design, including special treatments such as black & white and sepia conversions where we feel appropriate.
Please note: none of our design services include reshaping body features (ie. liquefying tool) or cutting and pasting backgrounds etc. We can provide these services at an extra charge – please contact us for pricing as we will need to evaluate the images.
DESIGN, PRINT AND BIND
We design your album layouts and on approval of the design, we will arrange the printing on your choice of photographic papers (gloss, lustre, metallic etc.) and have the album manufactured by our preferred suppliers. On completion, we will have the the finished album sent to you.
Design fees are charged as per the price list based upon the service required. Printing and manufacture costs will be charged out at the supplier’s costs plus a fee to cover project management (ie. uploading, handling and delivery fees etc).
