While we all need a diary to keep our busy social and work lives in order, personalising your diary with your favourite photos shows your individuality and simply a great way to show off some of the hundreds of photos we all capture each year, whether they be of family, friends, your new baby, recent wedding photos, favourite pet or fabulous holiday snaps.
Design
The Diaries have a mix of photo and calendar pages. The Photo pages are custom-designed and can have either one edge-to-edge photo or a few photos. The Calendar pages are based on a template design, but photographs or text can be inserted on these pages to personalise special dates.
Number of Photographs
There is no limit on number of photographs that can be used in the book, however, the number of pages and size of book will determine how many photographs can be used to retain the design integrity. As a rough guide allow 3-6 photos per side/page to estimate how many sides you will need, remembering there will be some full page spreads, others used as backgrounds etc - if you are unsure, please contact us for our recommendation.
Image Resolution
The larger the image file the better the print quality. Always send us the largest file that you have. We prefer files to be a minimum of 1MB or more, however, if files are smaller, we simply will not print them larger than they can be produced without losing quality.

A4 Portrait (21cm wide x 29.7cm high)
A5 Portrait (14.8cm wide x 21cm high)
Pages
107 sides - a photo page appears once a week
81 sides - a photo page appears once a fortnight
68 sides - a photo page appears once a month

Cover
The hardcover diary is covered in a vinyl or linen material and embossed with the book title.
Dust Jacket
A custom-designed layout printed on the dust-jacket to protect the book. Alternatively, select a plain genuine leather material Cover instead of the dust jacket - must be requested in writing at time of order.
Pricing
Prices include selection of photos from supplied images, colour correction, minor retouching to remove blemishes, enhancements such as black & white conversions, custom design, manufacture and delivery within Australia. All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Volume Discounts
We do offer volume discounts on our Diaries providing additional copies are an exact replica of the original diary (replica means same design, same size, same format and same number of sides). Prices for volume discounts are available upon request. Additional Copies must be ordered at the time of the First Copy otherwise Single Copy price applies.
Payment Terms
50% deposit is required with placement of order with the balance due upon approval of artwork.
Within 24 hours of submitting your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. Accompanying this email will be an invoice requesting the 50% deposit along with instructions for sending your digital photographs to us. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Turnaround
Design takes approximately 7-14 days. Then a low resolution copy of the artwork is sent via CD or uploaded to a secure web address for proofing. Upon approval of artwork, delivery of the finished book will follow in approximately 21 days. Expect longer delivery times leading upto Christmas - please contact us for Christmas delivery schedules.
